Arc of New Jersey Criminal Justice Advocacy Program (CJAP)

The Criminal Justice Advocacy Program (CJAP) provides alternatives to incarceration on behalf of individuals with developmental disabilities who are defendants in the criminal justice system, and is the only program of its kind in New Jersey. CJAP is a statewide program.

The Arc of New Jersey Family Institute is a statewide program that helps family members gain the tools and knowledge necessary to become an effective advocate for their child with an intellectual and developmental disability. It also supports families as they navigate the different service delivery systems including IEPs, Medicaid, and state services.

Arc of New Jersey's Planning for Adult Life Program

A statewide project funded by the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to assist young adults (between the ages of 16-21) with developmental disabilities and their families in charting a life course for adulthood. They offer a variety of resources including Informational sessions, webinars, and resource guides and materials.
