I am the founder of Peak Performance Counseling. I understand how stressful life is and how incredibly difficult asking for help can be. In my experience, I have learned that it is of the utmost importance that the people I work with feel comfortable talking about the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that are negatively impacting their quality of life. I embrace the ideals of patience, empathy, understanding and the absolutely essential element of humor to help youths and their families overcome the obstacles that keep them from achieving their goals.

I have extensive experience working with youth of all ages and their families in an in home setting who suffer from a wide range of symptoms that stem from Depression, Anxiety, bipolar disorder, anger management, substance use issues, oppositional defiant disorder, video game

Addiction, school avoidance, autistic spectrum disorder, DC&P involvement, those who struggle with social skills and those attempting to overcome traumatic experiences.  Please feel free to contact me if you feel like we can work together to help you achieve your peak potential.
