This is facilitated by Sam Wurst, MA, LPC, Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional. This group will meet weekly for 8 weeks on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm-8pm. The rate per session is $50.

What is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction?

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a blend of meditation, body awareness, and mindful movement: learning through practice and study how your body handles (and can resolve) stress neurologically.

What if I have no experience meditating?

That's fine! Sam will guide you through the basics and foundations of meditation before developing a more in-depth mindfulness practice.
