Rising Risk Care for Substance Use Disorder -  We offer care to anyone who may be experiencing personal stress, anxiety, depression or any other mental health symptoms that puts a patient at risk for a Substance Use Disorder.  

Medication Assisted treatment for addiction including Suboxone, Vivitrol, naltrexone and others as needed.  

Psychiatric medication management including antidepressants mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, and other medications as part of a personalized plan for recovery.  

Group and individual therapy in office, through video, and in community settings, tailored to what is most effective and convenient for the individual.

Dedicated support to remove individual barriers to recovery and to a fulfilling life, through connection to resources such as housing, employment and peer support.
