Eleanor Health practices a whole-person, harm reduction approach to help our members manage their substance use. We treat people experiencing addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions by utilizing a comprehensive care model that provides access to a wide variety of support, including therapists, MAT providers, community recovery partners, and more. We work closely with each patient to identify their care needs and connect them to the appropriate care to ensure they’re best equipped to meet their recovery goals. Eleanor’s services are available to members virtually via telehealth, in the community where the member is comfortable, and in Eleanor Health clinics across New Jersey. We currently have locations in Cherry Hill, Edison, Verona and Galloway. We accept most insurances, Medicare and Medicaid In addition, we offer same day and next day appointments.
