Camden County Partnership for Children (CCPFC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting children (5-21) with emotional needs, behavioral challenges and/or Developmental Disabilities. Camden County Partnership for Children is the Care Management Organization (CMO) for Camden County. 

CCPFC is a contracted agent of New Jersey's Children System of Care (CSOC). As a result, all referrals to CCPFC must go through the contracted system administrator / PerformCare. To make a referral to CCPFC services, please call PerformCare at 877-652-7624
