Residential Services afford children and adults with developmental disabilities or emotional/behavioral challenges to live as their abilities permit in a safe, caring environment with 24/7 supervision.
Children's Specialist Services provides intervention to youth during times of emotional distress or mental health crisis.
Crisis Screening assists adults and youth experiencing a psychiatric emergency. team members work to safely resolve behavioral health crisis through intervention, assessment and stabilization.
IOTSS provides behavioral health treatment to adults with mental illness. The program assists individuals discharged from hospitals or other residential settings return to the community.
Justice Involved Services (JIS) specializes in assisting mental health consumers in connecting with appropriate and available resources. Our goal is to divert nonviolent mental health consumers from the criminal justice system to appropriate mental health services in the community.
Partial care programs provide adults with the support needed to develop an individualized wellness and recovery plan, enhance their role in the community, assist in the development of positive relationships and improve overall quality of life.
PACT provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation, treatment and support services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, who have had repeated hospitalizations and are at serious risk for psychiatric hospitalization.

Second St. Hammonton, NJ, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a. m. to 3 p. m. and Saturdays from 12 p. m. to 4 p. m. Our Health Advocate will help you make appointments, submit paperwork, fill out forms, and find the health and social service providers you need. You can walk in on Saturdays. On-Purpose Counseling LLC has providers that offer IIC and Behavioral Assistant services. At the On-Purpose Counseling Center, outpatient services are provided for children, adults, groups, families, and couples.
