Spectrum Sports is an exercise program intended for individuals with Autism, Asperger’s, Down Syndrome, and other various disabilities.

Spectrum Sports offers these unique individuals physical activity through sports, games, and group exercise. Furthermore, Spectrum Sports aims to teach the many different skills needed for playing sports and staying active while working on motor skills, teamwork, and social interactions. Our mission is to provide a safe and educational learning environment in a setting that is free from judgment for children with special needs.
