Mental Health Outpatient Services provided virtually to youth, adolescents, and adults in NJ struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD that is impacting daily functioning in the areas of personal care, social relationships, academic achievements, familial relationships, and or vocational pursuits.

Goals are created and progress is made through weekly sessions of a combination of solution-focused, CBT, TF-CBT, Strengths-Based, Client Centered, and Motivational Interviewing therapies.
