Healthy Families & Communities has been providing services to the city of Camden since 1976. It began as a small advocacy organization in North Camden and has become a comprehensive bilingual, multicultural human services organization that provides services to residents across Southern New Jersey.

Since its inception, HFC has developed a broad range of expertise needed to meet the needs of the community. Our experience ranges from providing adult education and training to assisting with concrete services and conducting specialized counseling and prevention services.
