CSC provides in-home and in-community coordinated specialty care for individuals aged 15-35 years old, experiencing hallucinations, delusions, unusual thoughts/behaviors for less than 2 years. The overall goal is to reduce the likelihood of long-term disability and help individuals lead productive, independent lives.

Eligibility	Individuals ages 15 - 35, that resides in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, or Salem County.
