IOTSS provides behavioral health treatment to adults with mental illness. The program assists individuals discharged from hospitals or other residential settings return to the community. Additionally, the program can assist those experiencing an increase of symptoms to reduce their potential need for hospital or residential treatment.

Participants may receive 3-9 hours of service per week for up to 90 days. Frequency of services is dependent on each person’s treatment needs.
