We provide individual and group supports to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities through supportive employment, community-based supports, and community inclusion. We have three (3) Day Programs and eleven (11) Group Homes.

Since its founding in 1992, PILOT Services's goal has been to assist adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities seeking independent lives in the community of their choice. PILOT Services is a non-profit 501(c)(3) agency opened its first residential group home in Cherry Hill, NJ, October of 1993. On July 1, 1995 we were awarded the contract for an Adult Training Crew Labor Program. This program provides a continuum of vocational training, which focuses on inclusive employment training opportunities in the community. In spring of 2005, the Atlantic County Egg Harbor Day Program was opened followed by the opening of the Blackwood Day Program in fall of 2015.

PILOT Services provides a number of supports for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Two of our Day Programs provide community inclusion and community-based supports. Individuals in these programs go out into the community and participate in activities. In our supportive employment Day Program, our individuals work at various contracts in the South Jersey and Philadelphia region. Currently working on a variety of contracts and new job skills to learn.

We have two new programs that we are excited about and looking to expand. One is our pre-vocational program. This program concentrates on our supportive employment individuals' job skills, resume writing, and how to appropriately interact with coworkers. We also began providing individual supports. In this program, individuals are given one-on-one support from staff as they go out into the community to work on adult daily living and job skills.
