S.A.G.E. — Sharing Adversity through Group Engagement

Hosted by: Stuck In The Middle (SITM)

S.A.G.E. is a peer support group created by Stuck In The Middle, intending to bring people together for open conversation, healing, and empowerment. Guided by our four pillars: Sharing, Awareness, Growth, and Empowerment, we will meet both in-person and virtually to create a safe, supportive space for individuals navigating life’s challenges, including divorce, separation, and other life transitions.

Our interactive sessions invite participants of all backgrounds to share personal stories and perspectives, build awareness around emotional and social well-being, and learn practical tools for growth. The atmosphere is open, respectful, and uplifting—perfect for those seeking connection, clarity, and renewal.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Share lived experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Gain awareness of emotional patterns, community resources, and coping strategies.
  • Grow through guided reflection and group dialogue.
  • Feel empowered to take next steps toward healing, advocacy, and purpose.

Why It Matters:

S.A.G.E. is more than a gathering—it’s a movement toward stronger, healthier communities. By coming together to listen, learn, and uplift one another, we create a space where wisdom meets action and healing turns into hope.
