Well Mind Behavioral Health is a community-based mental health agency on a mission to provide quality services to stabilize, strengthen, and support youth and their caregivers. Our #1 goal is to strengthen the mental and emotional capacities of those we serve so that they can feel a sense of emotional wellness in their lives and relationships.

All services are provided by skilled and compassionate professionals who utilize a combination of trauma-informed and evidence-based therapies and modalities that meet the needs of the youth and their caregivers. Because quality of care is at our core, providers at Well Mind Behavioral Health regularly attend supervision and trainings to stay knowledgeable and to maintain the integrity of our service delivery.

We currently offer Intensive In-Community Counseling and Behavioral Assistance to youth aged 6 - 18 who are experiencing emotional or behavioral health challenges. Through a collaborative effort, we work with youth and their caregivers on developing skills and strategies to manage conditions and issues such as, but not limited to, anxiety, trauma, self-regulation, depression/mood disorders, adult-child communication, and at-risk behaviors. We also conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments to gain a deeper understanding of the youth and caregivers and determine which supports and resources are best suitable. Transitional plans are completed at the end of treatment so that caregivers have a roadmap to use on their child's therapeutic journey.

Eligibility	Our services are designed for youth and young adults (ages 6 - 18) who are receiving Care Management or Mobile Response Stabilization Management services through the NJ Children's System of Care (CSOC).
